Texas Sheet Cake Brownie

My mother-in-law gave me this recipe and it is so yummy!  I hope you enjoy.

Texas Sheet Cake Brownie

4 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Cup Water
2 Sticks Margarine or butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 teaspoon baking soda

FROSTING:
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 stick margarine or butter
3 Tablespoons milk
2 Cups confectioners Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 375.  Grease and flour an 11 X 17 jelly-roll pan; set pan aside.  Place first three ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to boil; mix well.  Remove pan from heat and stir in sugar and flour.  Stir by hand until well mixed; add eggs and sour cream and stir until completely blended.  Add soda and stir to mix thoroughly.  Pour into prepared pan and bake approximately 20 minutes or until the center springs back when pressed lightly.

FROSTING: While cake is baking, prepare frosting.  Place cocoa, margarine, and milk in a medium saucepan; bring to boil.  Mix well.  Remove from heat and add confectioners sugar and vanilla; beat well and add nuts,  Spread icing over slightly warm cake.  Cut cool cake into 28 squares.
