30 Day Shred - Day 3

Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred

Day 3 was a little harder.  I really wanted to call it quits.  I guess I need to find the motivation to continue on.  I keep thinking come on, you like it when you are losing weight, and have more energy.  You also really like it when you try on your clothes and they are loose.  So, I pushed through and completed today's workout.

I still am sore, but it is getting better.  Still don't look forward to the push-ups, but I do them.  I can only get stronger if I do them.

How is it going for all of  you?   I hope you are sticking with it.  Together we can achieve our goals.
